The best part of Human Resources is the "human" aspect. I enjoy working with people and helping them reach their potential. Whether it's their first job, last job, second job; they are here for a reason, and I am here to remind them of their potential.
I do have difficult conversations with employees, but I will always leave them walking away knowing that tomorrow is a new day. I am honest with employees. In every conversation I have, I think about the phrase I learned back in elementary school "treat others as you would want to be treated.

Kyla has over 7 years of human resources experience. She has managed a home care company which allowed her to recruit, develop policies and procedures and focus on employee retention.
Kyla received her master’s degree with a focus on human resources in 2016.
Kyla loves to spend time and be active with her family including her Australian Shepherd dog. One of her main hobbies is home renovations.
Kyla has over 10 years of experience in general HR and received her master’s degree concentrating on HR in 2016. Thanks to the help of ADEPT, she became SHRM certified in 2023. In her role with our clients, she primarily focuses on leave of absences, onboarding, and benefits. She loves the ability to work with clients and employees worldwide and in several different industries.
When Kyla is not working, she is spending time with her family and friends. Kyla loves home renovation projects, trying new restaurants, and being outdoors.
