With over 20 years of experience in Human Resources, Fay brings a practical, solutions-oriented approach to helping organizations navigate complex workforce challenges. She supports clients in areas including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, HR compliance, organizational development, and workforce planning.
Fay holds both the Senior Certified Professional and PHR certifications. Throughout her career, she has supported organizations across multiple sectors, including financial services, nonprofit, retail, manufacturing, and healthcare, as well as within international environments.
Outside of work, Fay enjoys spending time with family, cooking, gardening, caring for her cats and dogs, and pursuing her interest in health and wellness.
