More About Alex
Alex has almost 30 years of human resources experience in engineering, retail, and non-profit. She has held senior-level positions focusing on strategic planning, recruitment strategy, benefits analysis and cost containment, and change management.
Alex is a SHRM-Senior Certified Professional and a Senior Professional in Human Resources. Alex served as the Charlotte Area SHRM president from 2022-2023. She is currently the Finance Director for the NCSHRM. Alex also holds her health and life insurance license.
Outside of work, Alex has been married for 23 years, is the President of the Greater Charlotte SPCA and enjoys fostering dogs in her home.
