More About Kayla
Kayla has 5+ years of HR generalist experience in hospitality, manufacturing, and corporate settings, most recently with Amazon prior to joining ADEPT in March of 2022. Her work has been focused on compliance, employee relations and performance management, leave administration, full cycle recruiting, payroll, training and development, and policy development.
Kayla is a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) and has her bachelor’s degree in industrial psychology.
Outside of work, Kayla enjoys spending time with her husband and son, exploring new places to eat, hike, and disc golf.
