Kaila has over 7 years of human resource experience in staffing, non-profit and property management. Her work has been in talent acquisition, onboarding, benefits management, compliance, performance management and strategic workforce planning.
She is a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP). Additionally, Kaila is a Certified Staffing Professional (CSP).
Outside of work, Kaila can be found taking care of her homestead, playing with her two Dalmatians, and cheering on her Boilermakers (Boiler Up!).
