More About Lori
Lori is a seasoned HR professional with many years of experience in human resources within the software industry, manufacturing, retail, logistics, quick-service restaurants, and nonprofits. She has worked heavily on the implementation of HRIS systems, multi-state payroll, benefits, compliance, and process improvement. She also has just under ten years of business ownership experience in the online retail space.
Lori’s commitment to professional development is exemplified by her certification as a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP). She actively contributes to the HR community as a volunteer at her local HR chapter, serving as the co-programming director and as a member of Lake Norman SHRM.
In her free time, she can be found in the gym, running trails, cycling, or spending time with her husband and son.
