With over 6 years of experience in Human Resources, I specialize in full-cycle recruitment, process management, employee relations, and benefit administration. My journey into HR was driven by a deep appreciation for employees’ well-being and work satisfaction. By creating efficient processes and addressing employees’ needs, I contribute to their success and that of our clients.
Outside of work, I’m a proud parent. You’ll find me cheering at my two sons’ travel baseball games, witnessing our three-year-old’s remarkable growth (she’s quite the little boss!), and even tending to our backyard chickens.
