Kadi has 10+ years’ of HR experience in a variety of fields, including non-profit, manufacturing, medical staffing, and retail industries. Her work has focused on employee relations, culture development, change management, policy development, performance management, and HR operations as a department of one. Kadi is a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP). In addition to her professional working experience, Kadi served on the Charlotte Area SHRM board for several years. She is passionate about cultivating strong relationships with both management and employees and believes company culture is the backbone of success.
In her off-time, Kadi loves to travel and broaden her perspective of the world. She is a voracious reader and an avid consumer of historical documentaries.
