With over eight years of experience in Human Resources, I have honed my expertise in developing full-cycle recruitment models, creating training and development programs, policy implementation, and employee relations. My work focuses on protecting both organizational integrity and the well-being of employees. I hold an Employee Relations Certification in Advanced Internal Investigations and plan to obtain my Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification in 2024.
