When partnering with a client, I feel it is important to establish clear and effective communication. I focus on fully understanding the client’s areas of focus and need, as well as effectively conveying and demonstrating my competency and specialization in those areas. I feel that building reliability and trust in the consultant / client relationship is key to the success of the partnership.
Cindy has over 15 years of experience in human resources. Her functional areas of expertise include change management, full-cycle recruiting, workplace policy and law, training and development, and HR project management.
She holds a Certified Professional certification (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM and a Professional in Human Resources certification (PHR) from HRCI. Additionally, Cindy is a certified Human Resources Generalist.”
In her spare time, Cindy enjoys running, cooking with family and friends, and organic gardening.
