Ashley earned a BS in Business Administration and an MBA in Human Resources Management from Winthrop University and has over 5 years of experience in healthcare including long term care settings, as well as working in an HR Department for a healthcare staffing firm. She enjoys working on benefits administration, workforce management, and safety compliance initiatives.
Outside of work, Ashley loves traveling, spending time with family, as well as reading, hiking, ziplining, and exploring new activities in the Charlotte area.
