Without Human Resources, a company could not operate. One of the main roles of HR is to help foster an environment where an employee feels like they can succeed. Employees want to be a part of an organization that allows them to grow while also feeling valued and appreciated. My goal is to make sure that there is a balance between the employees and the employer and that those expectations are the same.
Deepa Prabhakar is a dedicated human resource professional with a strong focus on developing efficient processes in recruitment, HR transactions, operations and employee engagement and Global hiring processes.
In her current role as a HR Consultant, Deepa handles benefits and administration, manages employee relations, and oversees HR operations such as onboarding, vendor management, and background verification. She is also actively involved in employee engagement initiatives, including administering satisfaction surveys and recommending improvements based on data analysis to senior leadership. With a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Science, Deepa combines her technical knowledge with her HR expertise to drive recruitment success.
Outside of her professional endeavors, Deepa is actively involved in volunteer work, serving as a Board Member in the City of Concord -Public Art Commission and as a Cultural Director at Carolina Kannada Balaga, a non-profit organization. Her dedication to both her career and community make her a valuable asset in any professional setting.
